The Perfected ‘Mango Lassi’ ~GF & Vegan :D

We have the Nutri-Bullet blender and I used the 1/2 gallon cup

*All Organic and/or Local Fruit*

3-4 pieces pre cut frozen Banana

2-3 pieces pre cut frozen (white) Nectarine

3-4 pieces pre cut frozen Pineapple

1 half pre cut frozen Apricot

2 fresh Mangos

1 whole can Coconut Cream

1-2 Tablespoons Local Raw Honey

about 1 cup of milk of your choice (I used a Trader Joes Blend of:Unsweetened Almond, Cashew, and macadamia Nut)

1 cup Forager's Probiotic Cashewmilk Yogurt (Mango)

2-3 tablespoons Flax Oil

1 Fresh large Basil Leaf

Blend until smooth and enjoy! The small assortment of other fruits really bring out the flavor of the mango, creating a delicious creamy full flavored, light, and delightfully nutritious desert like beverage smoothie.
